1. Data We Collect
When you use AWS Bill Autopsy, we collect:
- Email address (required) — for report delivery and communication.
- Name and company name (optional) — for report personalization.
- AWS Cost Explorer data (CSV export) — the core input for your analysis report.
- Tally form submission contents — any information you enter in the submission form, including free-text fields describing your cost issue.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Produce and deliver your bill analysis report.
- Retain payment records as required by Paddle (our payment processor).
- Respond to follow-up questions about your report.
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service you purchased.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Your Cost Explorer CSV and submission data are stored temporarily during the analysis period. All original CSV data is deleted within 30 days of report delivery. Email addresses and payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Paddle's policies.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with any third party except:
- As required by law or legal process.
- With Paddle, our payment processor, for transaction verification and fraud prevention.
We do not sell, license, or provide your data to any other third party.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
This service is operated by an independent developer based outside your jurisdiction. Your data may be processed in the developer's country of residence. By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@awsbillfix.com with your order ID. We will delete your data within 14 business days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Cookies
This website does not use any cookies. Cloudflare Analytics may collect anonymized visit data as part of its CDN hosting service, but no personal information is tracked through cookies.
