Refund Policy
AWS Bill Autopsy reports are delivered within 48 hours of payment and receipt of your Cost Explorer data.
Because reports are custom analytical work delivered digitally, refunds are evaluated case-by-case:
- If your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@awsbillfix.com.
- Once a report has been delivered, refunds are not generally available, as the analytical work has already been completed. However, if you believe the report did not address the issue you submitted, please reply within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to revise the analysis at no additional cost.
- Refunds for fraudulent transactions or duplicate payments will be processed in accordance with Paddle's standard policies.
