Terms of Service
1. Service Description
AWS Bill Autopsy provides a paid AWS cost analysis report for $99 USD per report. Each report is a custom analytical assessment of your AWS Cost Explorer data, delivered within 48 hours of payment and receipt of your Cost Explorer export.
2. Delivery
Reports are delivered via email in Markdown / PDF format. Delivery is based on the Cost Explorer CSV and any supplementary data you provide. The report includes root cause analysis, dollar impact estimates, and ranked remediation actions.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The data you submit is accurate and complete.
- You have the authority to share the Cost Explorer data with us.
- You provide a clear description of the cost issue when submitting the form.
4. No AWS Credentials Required
This service requires only your AWS Cost Explorer export. At no point will we request your AWS access keys, IAM credentials, or any form of programmatic access to your AWS account.
5. Limitations
The report is an advisory analysis based solely on the data you provide. It does not constitute a formal AWS audit, compliance assessment, or financial audit. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the implementation of recommendations contained in the report.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports and deliverables are the property of the client upon delivery. AWS Bill Autopsy retains ownership of its internal methodologies, tools, and frameworks used to produce the analysis.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
