FAQ

What formats do you accept?

Cost Explorer CSV export (the standard export from the AWS console). If you have CloudWatch dashboards or Trusted Advisor reports, include those too — more context means a better diagnosis.

Do you need access to my AWS account?

No. The first audit is based entirely on the Cost Explorer export you send. If the root cause requires deeper investigation, I'll ask for read-only CloudWatch access — but that's optional and only for complex cases.

What's the turnaround time?

48 hours from when you submit. Usually faster. You'll get a written report — not a call, not a slide deck.

What happens after I receive the report?

If you have follow-up questions about the analysis or remediation steps, reply to the email and I'll answer at no extra charge. The goal is for you to be confident in the fix, not just hand off a document.

What does the report include?

Root cause with evidence, dollar impact estimate, three ranked remediation actions (quick wins first), and long-term recommendations to prevent recurrence.
